We are ending the week with thunderstorms-both literal and internal.
Nora woke up in a mood. It makes me sad to have to discipline first thing in the morning. In fact, I hate it. But it's the right thing. I know they're learning.
Confession: We had cookie dough for dinner last night. It was chocolate chip and I'm pretty sure that is what food in Heaven must taste like.
I had a major breakdown in Target this week while out with Daniel. I tried picking out a swimsuit for Mabel and panicked, feeling alot of emotions that I hadn't in a long time. I hate how my mind swirls ferociously with thoughts that over take me. Needless to say, we didn't buy a swimsuit and I left the store crying.
...and then my very best friend walked in my house with a gift for me last night...
A pretty pink swimsuit.
It took the load off. I couldn't have done it.
We're going on a mini family vacay soon. I am excited to get away and pray the kids feel better by the time we leave. They all have coughs and runny noses.
And are grouchy.
I've been thinking alot this week about starting to write my book. However, I think that it will be much different than what I originally thought it would be. I'm praying and hoping God will show me when it is the right time and give me the words to glorify Himself through our story.
We ordered a new computer. It should have been here yesterday but I left the house for 45 minutes (for the first time in a week) and missed the FedEx man. Ironic, huh?
We had a play date with Mabel's friend, Ethan this week. Photos to come!
Braden is currently batman. Earlier he was iron man.
Sometimes I wish he were just Braden.
Harper has been sick with a fever and cough for over a week now. She has had a high fever and we've had to stay away so that Mabel doesn't get sick (because we all know what that means--hospital...).
I've missed her so much.
Will you please pray for her and also for Rache. It's been a rough one...
Here are this week's Photos from the Phone: [Happy weekend, friends.]
